We want you to love your Bows Boutiques purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Place your unwanted items back into their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return form is included inside so we can identify your order.

Generate a Label

Visit our online returns portal to download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off Your Parcel

Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records.

Await Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days back to your original payment method.
